Program Manager

LOCATION:

Warsaw – POLAND

RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Managing complex programs/projects;
  • Leading of numerous multidiscipline, multilocation teams towards common goal;
  • Interacting with senior customer stakeholders;
  • Ensure that all program/project targets are met e.g. progress, quality and cost by using GFI toolset, interfaces and standard site process milestones.

YOUR TASKS:

  • Securing realistic project/program efforts, risks and schedule in presales phase;
  • Play crucial part in dialog with customer senior stakeholders both in presales and delivery phase;
  • Acts as senior project interface to the customer ensuring good customer satisfaction and developing the customer relationship;
  • Responsible for the contract execution performance (KPIs, cost, revenue, project profitability) in close alignment with the assigned experts;
  • Constantly monitor, update and challenge program delivery team to current and future business requirements together with Sales, Operations, Resource Managers and Service management;
  • Design and ensure accurate planning, tracking and reporting (internal and external) of project status (incl. Risk Management) and financials;
  • Shares project experience and best practices, knowledge of project management processes, tasks and tools with other project managers;
  • Delivers project results in span of deliverables, project cost, schedule and quality;
  • Manages risks, issues and changes according, presenting the latter to the Project Steering until final agreement and closure of request.

  • High resistance to stress.
